Patrick co-founded Lights On, one of Hawaii's fastest-growing marketing and revenue agencies, serving businesses across the tourism and visitor economy. $347M in client revenue managed across 50+ businesses. The agency was acquired in 2025.

He currently serves as SVP of Growth at Castle Resorts & Hotels, leading business development and market share expansion across their Hawaii portfolio. Two decades at the intersection of digital marketing, revenue management, and AI-powered systems in the Hawaii market.

Tremaine Tucker

Principal Brand Strategy & Commercial Architecture

Tremaine served as Director of Strategy and Insight at CAA Brand Management, where he built commercial strategy and go-to-market architecture for globally active IP — including Netflix and Formula 1 — across experiential, licensing, consumer product, and digital categories. His work shaped how major brands translate cultural relevance into revenue.

He is co-founder and operating principal of Kilo, a workspace and members club opening in Honolulu. He lives and builds here.
